Talk To Glowfic Characters

So we've started answering comments in "How To Read Effulgence" in character, and that's not really the ideal platform for those conversations. This is! You may address characters here and we may opt to answer in character. You will get a kind of loosely "backstage" out-of-continuity version of the character (in continuity proper, you cannot talk to them, since you aren't there) and if you want them at a specific (past relative to where we're writing) point in time, feel free to specify (e.g. "Addy in 1932", "Shell in her box", "the Joker while committed", "Minus right after he woke up from turning", "the alethiometer on the subject of 1207").

Any glowfic author may use this thread to receive questions.

If you ever want more brainpower you should make a subplane filled with computers. If you can do what you do with the hardware you got (about 100 internets?) you could probably yoink entire worlds.

Have you tried channeling? I wonder what your aura would be like.

Downside is infinite and the admin will make more computers for me whenever. I use the Internets for information-gathering and some redundancy, but most of my processing happens Downside, some in the Belltower. Local helper programs run on hardware in my Janepoints, not on the general-purpose Internet.

It turns out I don't have a mindscape, so I can't channel or enchant.

Guess part of you is already in Alethia. Maybe you dont have one?
Do you have a soul in the sunshine-sense?

I'm the incorrect species to have a daemon. Even more so than, say, Aianon and Ansharil, who wedged into managing it when Aianon tried to enter the afterlife - there were Janegems down there and nothing happened.

I haven't checked for a Sunshine-soul; I'm not sure if there is a standard check apart from turning into a vampire and I don't think I can do that. I suspect I don't, though.

Lack of soul is propably a good thing.
Means you can't be soul-ripped in case Glory is not the only one who can do that.
Evil-Jane would be kinda bad.
