Still rereading old threads. I've got to the young-Shell Bell-in-Milliways stuff (which I think is one of the highlights of the RP, BTW...), and there's a Bell alt who's described thusly:

"There was one who only had her own inventions to work with, no magic, and she only has a country, not a whole world"

Is this a specific Bell, or just a throwaway remark? If the former, have we met this Bell yet?
